Kickstart Your Immunity – Terms & Conditions

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Dr Cheryl Kam (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and the individual purchasing access to Kickstart Your Immunity (“you” or “the Participant”). By purchasing the Kickstart Your Immunity, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Definitions

• Course: The Kickstart Your Immunity digital course provided by Dr Cheryl Kam.
• Materials: All content, resources, videos, guides, documents, assessments and other materials provided as part of the Course.
• Platform: The online learning platform used to host the Course (currently Kajabi).
• Registration Fee: The one-time payment required to access the Course, as advertised on our website at the time of purchase.

2. Course Access

The Course may include a combination of assessments, guides, educational resources, and meal-planning tools designed to support your learning.

• We may change, update, or replace Course components at our discretion in order to improve the overall programme.
• Materials will be accessible through your student dashboard on the Platform. At any time, we may move the Course to a different platform, and your access will continue there.

3. Payment and Withdrawal Policy

• Payment of the Registration Fee must be made in full at the time of registration via the Kajabi checkout page, unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.
• Once registration is complete and access to the Course has been granted, no withdrawals or refunds will be permitted, except where required by law.
• You remain fully responsible for payment of the Registration Fee regardless of whether or not you use the Course or complete it. 

4. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

• All rights, title, and interest in the Materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dr Cheryl Kam.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Materials for personal educational purposes only.
• You must not:
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share Materials in any form.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Materials.
  • Share your login credentials with others.
  • Display or publish the Materials publicly, including on social media or file-sharing platforms, without our prior written consent.

• Any unauthorised use constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of access and/or legal action.

5. Confidentiality and Learning Environment

• You agree to keep confidential all information disclosed within the Course, including case studies, contributions of other participants, and any proprietary information.
• You must not disclose, copy, or use such information outside the Course.
• You must respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of other participants.
• We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access (without refund) if you engage in disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour that, in our sole opinion, undermines the learning environment.

6. Personal Responsibility and Disclaimers

• The Course is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation does not establish a doctor–patient relationship with Dr Cheryl Kam.
• You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.
• We do not guarantee any particular results, health improvements, or outcomes from your participation in the Course.
• You accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions arising from participation in the Course.

7. Release of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Dr Cheryl Kam, her affiliates, and representatives from all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the Course or use of the Materials, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Technical Access

• We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with access to the Course Materials. However, we are not responsible for:
  • Internet connection issues, device compatibility problems, or other technical failures outside our control.
  • Downtime or service interruptions of the Platform.

9. General Terms

• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between us and you with respect to the Course and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
