This can be as elaborate as a 3h guided meditation forest tour, or as simple as walking in any natural environment and consciously connecting with your surroundings.
The more you do it, the better you'll get at getting to alpha state fast.
#2 HARNESSING THE ENERGY OF TREES...
Try sitting with your back up against a tall sturdy tree and meditate. Use the tree's energy to ground and balance you. Draw on that energy to connect with the deep roots of the earth. Connect to the deep stability within yourself.
Continue meditating on whatever comes to mind. It could be strength, upward growth, reaching to the heavens, being home to a diversity of life, leaving a legacy...
